Rates & Insurance
Rates:
- Individual Session: $140.00/50 Minutes
Insurance:
Registered Social Worker services may be covered in full or in part by your private insurance and health benefit plan. Please check with your insurance provider in advance to determine your coverage.
A receipt with the necessary information for you to be reimbursed by your insurance provider will be provided after payment.
Direct billing available for the following health benefit providers: Empire Life, Green Shield Canada, and SSQ Insurance.
Payment
Full sesssion payment is expected after each session.
Please note the cancellation policy. 50% of the session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, except in extenuating circumstances.
